Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the Money-Back Guarantee, you must meet the following conditions:

Active Participation for 120 Days

You must remain active in the program for at least 120 days. Cancellation or missed payments during this period will void the guarantee.

Timely Submission of Correspondence

Refund Review Period

If you request a refund, you must allow The Better Finance Solutions LLC up to ten (10) business days to review your credit reports, audit your account, and verify whether qualifying negative items have been removed or a qualifying score increase has occurred.

Refund Limitations

Refunds are limited to the monthly service fees paid during the first 120 days of service. For example, if you remain in the program for 180+ days without any qualifying changes to your credit, you may request a refund, but the refund will only cover eligible monthly service fees paid during the first 120 days.
