The Better Finance Solutions LLC does not guarantee the deletion of any particular account or credit-report item, a specific number of deletions, a particular credit score or credit score increase, approval for a mortgage, automobile loan, credit card, or other financial product, or any other specific financial outcome.

Accurate and verifiable negative information cannot be guaranteed for removal.

Past client results, testimonials, credit score changes, screenshots, or other examples appearing on our website or social media are provided for informational purposes and are not guarantees that another client will achieve the same or similar results.

The specific services provided to you are governed by your applicable Credit Restoration Service Agreement.

If these Website Terms conflict with your executed Credit Restoration Service Agreement regarding the credit restoration services purchased, the applicable Service Agreement will control to the extent permitted by law.

Current service pricing is displayed on our website and/or provided to consumers before enrollment.

Certain programs may include an enrollment fee and recurring monthly service fees, as disclosed before purchase and in the applicable service agreement.

All prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Billing terms, payment authorization, timing of charges, cancellation rights, and services associated with each payment are governed by the applicable Credit Restoration Service Agreement and applicable law.

We will not intentionally impose undisclosed fees.

Clients may cancel their ongoing services in accordance with their Credit Restoration Service Agreement and applicable law.

Cancellation of ongoing services and eligibility for a refund under our 90-Day Full Money-Back Guarantee are separate matters.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict or waive any cancellation rights provided to consumers by applicable federal or state law.

The Better Finance Solutions LLC offers a 90-Day Full Money-Back Guarantee, subject to eligibility requirements.

If a client actively participates in the covered credit restoration program for the full initial 90-day period and none of the items challenged through our services are deleted, corrected, or favorably updated, the client may qualify for a full refund of covered program fees paid during the initial 90-day guarantee period, including the enrollment fee.

Among other requirements, clients seeking a refund must maintain their account in good standing, make required payments on time, provide requested documentation and information, cooperate with the credit restoration process, and satisfy all other conditions contained in the complete guarantee.

Refund requests under the guarantee must be submitted between Day 91 and Day 120 of the applicable program.

We may take up to 30 days after receiving a refund request to review the account, services performed, credit reports, correspondence, and results and determine eligibility.

The complete 90-Day Full Money-Back Guarantee Policy governs eligibility and should be reviewed before enrollment.

This voluntary guarantee does not limit any separate rights or remedies available to a consumer under applicable law.
